Chocolate butter Chocolate chip cookies

The most necessary dessert in my house is probably cake.

There are always biscuits, some are crunchy, some are soft, depending on what the person wants, haha. Must be delicious. The cookies in the jar this time are chocolate chunk cookies. But it's real chocolate chunks. going to be a bit boring Today, we are adding fragrance to our cake.

which is a simple addition as there are no added ingredients at all. Still butter, flour, eggs, sugar and chocolate. But in butter instead of regular butter We turn it into brown butter first.

Anyone who thinks they don't know about Brown Butter probably already has it and loves the taste, hehe.

because brown butter This is butter that is boiled until the milk part in the butter is slightly burnt. (but not burnt to black) by the aroma It smells like nuts. Make processed french call butter like this Beurre noisette This is the same butter we use to make Financier as well.

We can use this type of butter as melted butter. Or you can cool it down until it settles and then beat it the same way you would use regular butter.

For this recipe, I used melted butter.

There isn't much to do. Just add some brown butter to it. After the butter has cooled, it remains for us to stir the ingredients together.

The chocolate to be used in this recipe I didn't set the percentage for you because that's correct. It depends on the preference of each house.
