This time, the recipe I made was from food my brother bought.

In fact, buying bread from the store is good because we can choose a variety of types. Because if that's the case, you probably have to eat just one kind, like 6 pieces, something like that.

When someone buys snacks, I like to taste them. But I have a problem with chemical taste and smell. (Not only desserts in Thailand. When I went to Taiwan, it was like some snacks like me that made my tongue a little numb) so I couldn't eat much.

So if you want, you have to do it yourself, haha.

So it remains this formula.

It's bread with cranberries and walnuts in it. And the filling is cream cheese, because I made it myself, I tried to put everything in as much as possible, hehe.

I use an English muffin tin. But if you don't have one, you can shape it into a ball.

45 grams ……………………. dried cranberries

100 grams ………………… bread flour

50 grams ……………………. cake flour

23g ……………………. unsalted butter

Bake walnuts in preheated oven at 180℃ for 5-7 minutes.

Cut and let cool before use.

Place the cranberries and water in a bowl. Cover with plastic and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds.

Let it cool completely before use.

Place both types of flour, granulated sugar and yeast in a bowl, beat until combined, add salt and beat until combined.

Add milk and honey to it.

Add butter and knead for another 5-6 minutes.

Add walnuts and cranberries.

Place in a bowl and let rise for 90 minutes.

While the dough is rising, make the filling.

Place cream cheese, granulated sugar and salt in a bowl. mix well

Add milk and rum (if using) and mix well.

Put it in the refrigerator while waiting for the dough.

When the dough is ready

Cut into 6 equal pieces.

Meanwhile, butter an English muffin tin (6 squares, 9×3 cm each).
