Police hauled his body to shore, and determined that his body and clothing matched the description of Gray, 21, who went missing on March 18. He was last seen leaving the Waukegan bar.

Surveillance video shows Gray, dressed in red, standing outside Bar Ibiza on Genesee Street with friends, after the manager said he appeared to be drunk and asked to leave.

The Lake County coroner has taken over the body, and positively identified him as Gray.

An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday morning.

Waukegan Police, the US Naval Criminal Investigative Service and the Lake County Coroner's Office are continuing to investigate the incident.
