A woman was shot during an altercation on the CTA bus on the South Shore.
The 23-year-old woman was involved in an altercation with a person who opened fire at around 8:10 p.m. while on a bus, Chicago police said.
Responding officers found him with a gunshot wound to the collarbone in the 7100 South Jeffery Boulevard block, police said. He was taken in good condition to the University of Chicago Medical Center.
Nothing was held. County detectives are investigating.
